Welcome to StatusVibe (the "Platform"). By accessing our automated WhatsApp messaging interface, registering an account, or participating in our advertising monetization campaigns, you ("Creator," "User," or "Influencer") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Eligibility & Account Registration
The Platform is currently restricted to users residing in the United States who are at least 18 years of age. During onboarding, you agree to provide accurate performance metrics, including your geographic location, gender, and approximate daily status views.
2. Campaign Assignments & The 24-Hour Lock
When you select and accept an advertising creative asset, your account enters a strict 24-hour active assignment lock. To qualify for compensation, you must download the exact image provided, post it to your WhatsApp Status, and include your unique tracking link for a continuous, uninterrupted 24-hour period.
3. Mandatory FTC Disclosures (#ad)
In accordance with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines regarding endorsements, you are legally required to clearly and conspicuously include the hashtag #ad or #sponsored in your status description. You agree to fully indemnify StatusVibe against any legal penalties resulting from a failure to display proper disclosures.
4. Screenshot Submission & Verification Audit
Upon the conclusion of the 24-hour window, you must capture and send a clear screenshot of your status analytics view count. Submissions indicating high-yield allocations (exceeding 500 unique views) are automatically diverted to a manual manager queue for a fraud audit layout check.
5. Anti-Fraud & Account Termination
StatusVibe maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward traffic fraud. Utilizing view farms, click bots, manually altering screenshots, or deleting statuses early will result in an immediate, permanent account ban and total forfeiture of balances.
6. Wallet Management & Payout Terms
You must accumulate a minimum available balance of $10.00 USD before initiating a payout request. Approved transfers are sent to your linked payment rail within 2-3 business days.
7. Absolute Disclaimer of Liability for Advertisement Content
StatusVibe acts solely as a passive network conduit. StatusVibe does not author, vet, endorse, edit, or guarantee the content, safety, legality, or accuracy of any advertisement or brand creative. StatusVibe shall have zero liability to you or your contacts for any claims, losses, trademark/copyright infringement, or damages arising out of a brand's creative asset layout.
8. Intellectual Property & License
All brand assets delivered via the bot remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. StatusVibe grants you a limited, revocable, 24-hour license to display the asset strictly on your WhatsApp Status.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
