Terms of Service

1. Eligibility & Account Registration

• Targeting Demographics: The Platform is currently restricted to users residing in the United States who are at least 18 years of age.
• Accurate Profile Data: During onboarding, you agree to provide accurate performance metrics, including your geographic location, gender, and approximate daily status views. Providing deliberately falsified targeting metrics is a material violation of these terms.
• Identity Mapping: Your account is permanently mapped to your unique WhatsApp phone number and database identifier. You may not transfer your account or register multiple accounts under different phone numbers to manipulate campaign limits.

2. Campaign Assignments & The 24-Hour Lock

• Exclusivity Period: When you select and accept an advertising creative asset ("Campaign"), your account enters a strict 24-hour active assignment lock.
• Campaign Requirements: To qualify for compensation, you must:
  1. Download the exact creative asset image provided via the Platform interface.
  2. Post the image directly to your public WhatsApp Status.
  3. Include your unique StatusVibe tracking link inside the status text description field.
• Duration: The advertisement status must remain active, publicly visible, and unmodified for a continuous, uninterrupted period of twenty-four (24) hours. Deleting a campaign early will automatically invalidate your submission.

3. Mandatory FTC Disclosures (#ad)

Legal Compliance: In accordance with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines regarding endorsements and native advertising, you are legally required to clearly and conspicuously include the hashtag #ad or #sponsored in the text description of every single campaign status you publish.

Indemnification: StatusVibe acts strictly as a programmatic distribution infrastructure. Failure to provide appropriate commercial disclosures is a violation of federal law. You agree to fully indemnify StatusVibe against any legal penalties, regulatory audits, or fines resulting from your failure to display proper disclosures.

4. Screenshot Submission & Verification Audit

Proof of Performance: Upon the conclusion of the 24-hour campaign window, you must capture a clear screenshot of your native WhatsApp Status analytics layout displaying your unique final view count metric.

Verification Pipelines: All uploaded proof assets are processed using computerized vision models and automated metadata verification protocols to ensure content validation and structural authenticity.

Manual Manager Reviews: Submissions indicating high-yield allocations (exceeding 500 unique views) are automatically diverted to a manual administration queue for fraud audit. StatusVibe reserves the right to delay balance allocation updates for up to 24 hours to complete manual verification checks.

5. Anti-Fraud & Account Termination

StatusVibe maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward systemic manipulation and traffic fraud. The following activities will result in an immediate, permanent account ban and the total forfeiture of all ledger balances:

• Utilizing view farms, click bots, automated script simulators, or engagement loops.
• Manually altering, photoshopping, or digitally manipulating submitted screenshot analytics.
• Uploading mismatched creative assets or utilizing dead tracking links.
• Systematically deleting statuses prior to the 24-hour mark to bypass platform rules.

6. Wallet Management & Payout Terms

• Virtual Ledger: Earnings are calculated programmatically based on your verified views multiplied by your campaign's specific payout rate. These earnings are tracked inside your digital platform wallet.
• Minimum Cashout Threshold: You must accumulate a minimum available balance of $10.00 USD before initiating a payout request down the wire.
• Execution Protocols: Upon clicking "Request Cashout," your available wallet balance will automatically reset to $0.00, and your payment transaction will be queued for distribution. Approved transfers are sent to your linked US payment rail within two to three (2-3) business days.

8. Intellectual Property & License

Asset Use Limitation: All brand logos, campaign images, and creative assets delivered via the Platform interface remain the exclusive intellectual property of their respective brand owners. StatusVibe grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, 24-hour license to display the asset strictly on your WhatsApp Status for the duration of the campaign. Any other reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized commercial use of these assets is strictly prohibited.

User Content License: By submitting screenshots of your status analytics to the Platform, you grant StatusVibe an irrevocable, global, royalty-free license to store, review, and analyze the imagery for verification, fraud-prevention, and auditing workflows.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of your use of the Platform shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in that jurisdiction.

10. Modifications to Service and Terms

StatusVibe reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service, campaign payout rates, and minimum withdrawal limits at any time. Continued participation in platform campaigns following the publication of updated terms constitutes binding acceptance of the revised framework.
